Made-to-Measure Couture Production
The Romalter Dress is created through the Priscilla Couture bespoke experience. The journey begins with a complimentary 45-minute consultation during which the atelier answers questions, discusses your celebration, and provides guidance on the direction your commission should take.
Production requires a minimum of 90 days after the final design and personalized digital Dress Avatar have been approved. Consultation, design development, approval, fittings when applicable, and shipping require additional time. Beginning early allows every decision to receive the consideration and craftsmanship it deserves.
In-person commissions generally require one to four fittings depending on the design and complexity of the garment. Remote clients do not participate in in-person fitting sessions. Instead, the atelier provides instructions for taking measurements and produces a personalized digital Dress Avatar for review before production begins.

Repair costs are deducted from the refundable portion of the payment. If the gown is damaged beyond repair, the renter is responsible for its full cost. Late fees and charges for missing pieces may also apply under the rental agreement.

Who is responsible for rental pickup, shipping, and return?
The renter is responsible for pickup or delivery, outbound and return shipping, insurance, and timely return. The gown must be returned with every accessory, removable component, and item supplied by the atelier.
