Where Elegance Is Final

Every garment we create at Priscilla Couture is made to measure, hand-draped, and carefully constructed for the individual it is intended for. Because of the personalized and bespoke nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom orders, including:

• Custom Wedding Dresses
• Bespoke Gowns and Suits
• Made-to-Measure Lingerie and Accessories

These pieces are designed in collaboration with you and created exclusively for you — a one-of-one couture experience that is, by its very essence, final.

Quality & Craftsmanship

Each piece undergoes multiple fittings (in person or virtually) and passes through strict quality control before shipment or final delivery. In the rare case of a craftsmanship concern, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue.

Please note: minor variations in embellishment, texture, or tailoring are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
