Every order placed at Priscilla Couture is the beginning of a made-to-measure experience. Because your garment is not pulled from a rack but brought to life from sketch to stitch, our shipping timelines reflect the artistry behind couture.
Production & Fulfillment
All couture orders — including wedding dresses, bespoke gowns, skirts, suits, and lingerie — are handcrafted to your precise measurements and specifications. Production begins upon order confirmation and typically requires up to 90 days before shipping.
This includes:
- Design finalization & fabric selection
- Pattern drafting & custom tailoring
- Multiple fittings (in person or virtual)
- Final hand-finishing & quality assurance
Shipping Details
Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via insured priority courier. You will receive a tracking number once your garment is ready to depart.
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days (customs may vary)
Shipping is complimentary on all custom orders.
Important Notes
- Please plan accordingly. We recommend placing your order at least 4–6 months before your event to allow for production and final adjustments if needed.
- Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and will incur an additional fee. Please contact us directly.
- All shipments require signature upon delivery.
